We aim for the highest standards, but if you feel the service you received has not met those in the IFSA UK Chapters code of ethics, we may censure or remove that member.  This is the fullest extent of the IFSA UK Chapter’s ability to intervene in any dispute with a client.

We always recommend you ask for evidence of insurance, experience, and accreditation when booking a consultation or course.  It is the responsibility of the consultant/teacher and you to agree on what fees, services, and support are provided.
